Jana Spade is a CPA who joined us as Chief Fiscal Officer in February 2021. She is currently self employed and has over 35 years in both public and private accounting.  She has a Business Administration degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a Masters in Corporate Taxation from USC.  She has been married for 29 years and has three adult children. She is looking forward to providing support to the foundation by providing accounting and payroll tax services.
